Lorraine Nicolle writes and delivers lectures, workshops and seminars on a range of nutritional health issues.
Her aim is to help individuals gain a better understanding of how to eat healthily in order to better manage their symptoms, achieve greater energy levels and get more out of life.
Many of these events are sponsored by businesses and other institutions who see healthy eating as an important part of their employee welfare programmes.

Practitioners who are unable to attend the live sessions may be interested in watching one of the pre-recorded lectures, which also carry CPD points. Two DVDs are currently available, with more expected later in the year.
University teaching
Lorraine Nicolle is a qualified university teacher and a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. She has developed and taught nutrition courses for undergraduate and postgraduate degrees at a variety of UK higher and further education institutions. These include Thames Valley University (now the University of West London), University of Greenwich, Centre for Nutrition Education and Lifestyle Management, UK College of Nutrition and Health and the Manipal University of Great Britain.
